Rune Yard'ı ("Uygulama") kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz. Uygulama, Mehmet Akdeniz tarafından sunulur (runeyard@gmail.com).
Uygulama; günlük rün, üçlü açılım ve rün bağlama (bindrune) gibi yorumlar sunar. Yorumlar eğlence ve kişisel düşünme amaçlıdır, yapay zekâ ile üretilir, hata içerebilir ve tıbbi, hukuki, finansal veya psikolojik tavsiye değildir. Önemli kararlarınızı bu yorumlara dayandırmayın.
Hesap oluşturmak için en az 16 yaşında olmalısınız. Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
Her kullanıcıya günlük sınırlı sayıda ücretsiz jeton verilir. Jetonunuz bittiğinde ödüllü bir reklam izleyerek jeton kazanabilir (günlük bir üst sınır vardır) veya VIP aboneliği alabilirsiniz. Jetonların parasal bir değeri yoktur, devredilemez ve nakde çevrilemez.
Uygulamayı yasalara aykırı amaçlarla kullanmamayı, sistemi manipüle etmemeyi (ör. jeton veya VIP kontrolünü atlatma, otomatik reklam tıklama), tersine mühendislik yapmamayı ve başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden içerik girmemeyi kabul edersiniz. Aykırı kullanımda hesabınız kapatılabilir.
Uygulamanın tasarımı, metinleri, görselleri ve yazılımı Mehmet Akdeniz'e veya lisans verenlerine aittir. Paylaşım özelliğiyle oluşturulan görselleri kişisel amaçla paylaşabilirsiniz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını garanti etmeyiz ve Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu olmayız. Bu bölüm, zorunlu tüketici haklarınızı etkilemez.

By using Rune Yard (the "App") you accept these terms. The App is provided by Mehmet Akdeniz (runeyard@gmail.com).
The App offers interpretations such as a daily rune, a three-rune spread and rune binding (bindrunes). Readings are for entertainment and personal reflection, are generated by AI, may contain errors, and are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Do not base important decisions on them.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account details. You can delete your account at any time in the App.
Each user receives a limited number of free tokens per day. When you run out, you can earn a token by watching a rewarded ad (there is a daily cap) or buy the VIP subscription. Tokens have no monetary value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes, manipulate the system (e.g. bypass token or VIP checks, click ads automatically), reverse engineer it, or enter content that infringes others' rights. We may close accounts for violations.
The App's design, texts, images and software belong to Mehmet Akdeniz or its licensors. You may share images created with the share feature for personal purposes.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use. This section does not affect your mandatory consumer rights.
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is published on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; your rights under consumer law are preserved. Questions: runeyard@gmail.com. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
