Bu politika, Rune Yard mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullandığınızda hangi kişisel verilerin işlendiğini, neden işlendiğini ve haklarınızı açıklar. Veri sorumlusu: Mehmet Akdeniz (iletişim: runeyard@gmail.com).
İşleme dayanağı; sözleşmenin ifası (hizmeti sunmak), açık rızanız (profil ve reklam tercihleri) ve meşru menfaatlerimizdir (güvenlik, hizmetin sürdürülmesi).
Rün yorumları yapay zekâ hizmetleriyle üretilir. Bunun için adınız, doğum tarihiniz ve niyet metniniz Groq ve/veya Google Gemini hizmetlerine gönderilebilir. Bu bilgiler yalnızca yorumu üretmek için iletilir. Lütfen niyet metnine sağlık, finans gibi hassas bilgiler veya başkalarının kişisel verilerini yazmayın.

Bu sağlayıcılar verileri kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler ve verileriniz Türkiye veya Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı dışındaki ülkelerde (örn. ABD) işlenebilir. Yasal bir zorunluluk olduğunda yetkili makamlarla paylaşım yapılabilir.
Uygulama, ödüllü reklam göstermek için Google AdMob kullanır. Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve benzeri bölgelerde ilk açılışta reklam tercihleriniz için bir onay penceresi gösterilir; seçiminizi istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. iOS'ta izleme izni istenebilir. Reklam kişiselleştirmesini cihaz ayarlarınızdan da sınırlayabilirsiniz.
Hesap ve profil verileriniz, hesabınızı silene kadar saklanır. Hesabınızı sildiğinizde profiliniz ve hesabınız kalıcı olarak silinir. Cihazınızdaki yerel veriler (arşiv, jeton vb.) uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir. Yasal saklama yükümlülüğü olan kayıtlar (ör. ödeme kayıtları) mağazalarda kendi politikalarına göre tutulur.
6698 sayılı KVKK ve (Avrupa'daysanız) GDPR kapsamında; verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme, işlenmesine itiraz etme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve verilerinizi taşıma haklarına sahipsiniz; rızanızı istediğiniz zaman geri çekebilirsiniz. Başvuru için runeyard@gmail.com adresine yazabilirsiniz. Ayrıca bulunduğunuz yerdeki veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de KVKK Kurumu) şikâyette bulunabilirsiniz.
Uygulamada Profil → Abonelikten Çık (hesabı sil) seçeneğiyle hesabınızı ve bulutta saklanan profilinizi silebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar için Hesap silme sayfasına bakın. Abonelik (VIP) ödemesi ayrıca mağazadan iptal edilmelidir; hesabı silmek aboneliği otomatik iptal etmez.
Uygulama 16 yaşın altındaki kişilere yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun veri sağladığını fark ederseniz bize yazın, verileri sileriz.
Verilerin korunması için makul teknik ve idari önlemler alırız; ancak internet üzerinden hiçbir iletim %100 güvenli değildir.

This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use the Rune Yard mobile app (the "App"), why, and what your rights are. Data controller: Mehmet Akdeniz (contact: runeyard@gmail.com).
Our legal bases are performance of a contract (providing the service), your consent (profile and ad preferences) and our legitimate interests (security, keeping the service running).
Readings are generated with AI services. For this, your name, date of birth and intention text may be sent to Groq and/or Google Gemini. This is done only to generate the reading. Please do not enter sensitive information (such as health or financial details) or other people's personal data in the intention text.
We do not sell your data. To deliver the service we use these providers:
These providers process data under their own privacy policies, and your data may be processed in countries outside Turkey or the European Economic Area (e.g. the USA). We may disclose data to authorities where legally required.
The App uses Google AdMob to show rewarded ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and similar regions, a consent prompt for your ad preferences is shown on first launch; you can change your choice at any time. On iOS, a tracking permission may be requested. You can also limit ad personalisation in your device settings.
Your account and profile data are kept until you delete your account. When you delete it, your profile and account are permanently removed. Local data on your device (archive, tokens, etc.) is removed when you uninstall the App. Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. payment records) are held by the app stores under their own policies.
Under Turkish KVKK (Law No. 6698) and, if you are in Europe, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict the processing of, and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to runeyard@gmail.com to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
In the App, use Profile → Delete account ("Abonelikten Çık") to delete your account and your cloud-stored profile. See the Delete account page for details. A VIP subscription must be cancelled separately in the store; deleting your account does not cancel it automatically.
The App is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you notice that a child has provided data, write to us and we will delete it.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, but no transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
