Hesap Silme

Rune Yard hesabınızı ve ilişkili verilerinizi silmek için aşağıdaki yollardan birini kullanabilirsiniz.

Uygulama içinden (önerilen)

  1. Uygulamayı açın ve Profil sekmesine gidin.
  2. Abonelikten Çık düğmesine dokunun.
  3. E-posta hesabı için şifrenizi girin; Google/Apple hesabı için ilgili hesapla yeniden giriş yapın ve onaylayın.

Bu işlem hesabınızı ve bulutta saklanan profilinizi (ad, doğum tarihi, e-posta ve ilişkili kayıtlar) kalıcı olarak siler. Cihazdaki yerel veriler, uygulamayı kaldırdığınızda silinir.

E-posta ile

Uygulamaya erişemiyorsanız, hesabınızda kayıtlı e-posta adresinizden runeyard@gmail.com adresine "Hesap silme talebi" konulu bir e-posta gönderin. Talebinizi makul bir süre içinde (en geç 30 gün) işleme alırız.

Delete Your Account

You can delete your Rune Yard account and the associated data in either of the following ways.

In the App (recommended)

  1. Open the App and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Tap "Abonelikten Çık" (Delete account).
  3. For an e-mail account, enter your password; for a Google/Apple account, sign in again with that account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your account and your cloud-stored profile (name, date of birth, e-mail and related records). Local data on your device is removed when you uninstall the App.

By e-mail

If you cannot access the App, send an e-mail titled "Account deletion request" from the address registered to your account to runeyard@gmail.com. We will process your request within a reasonable time (at most 30 days).
